14-Day Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Good Luck Sports. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions and procedures.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Personalization or customized items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a clearance promotion may be eligible for return at our discretion; if eligible, any discount received at purchase may be deducted from the refund.
  • Final sale or non-returnable items (as indicated on the product page) are not eligible for return.

Return Window

You must initiate the return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be received back by Good Luck Sports within 14 days of the delivery date, or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@goodlucksports.in or call us at +91 72898 02009, +91 98680 52865, or +91 89297 73392 with your order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for return.
  • Please include your original order number, the item SKU, and the reason for return to help us process quickly.
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, not as described, or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection & Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected on receipt. Items not meeting the above conditions may be returned to you or may be refused, at our discretion.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase or as store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility. If you prefer store credit, you may opt for that during the return request.

Refund Options

  • Full Refund: If the return is approved and all conditions are met, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid for the eligible item(s), excluding original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use, has missing components, or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability), please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges may be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items, if opened or used.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. For store credit, the credit will be issued immediately upon approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or error and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, including return shipping where applicable.

Cancellation of orders

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled through the standard return process. If you wish to return a shipped item, please follow the standard return procedure once you receive the package.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure you obtain an RMA before sending any return. Returns without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to you.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version posted on the site at the time of your purchase governs your rights.
